Senior Accountant

📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with experience in real estate accounting. The ideal candidate must have strong command over Tally, Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle day-to-day accounting tasks related to real estate projects.

·         Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally ERP.

·         Prepare project-wise reports, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.

·         Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlements.

·         Good to handle petty cash records, labor reports, stock updates

·         Maintain proper documentation of purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.

·         Prepare and analyze Excel-based financial reports and MIS.

·         Support month-end and year-end close processes.

·         Involved in billing, reconciliation & documentation
