).Good Accounting Knowledge & Experience– Min 2 -3 years of experience in AP or AR. Understanding of debit/credit, purchase, sales entries, collection entries/ collection knock off entries.TDS Knowledge – Specifically ask about Sections 194C, 194J, and 194I and its applicabilityTDS Compliance – Awareness of payment due dates, return filing dates, and applicable forms.GST Basics – Understanding of CGST, SGST, and IGST, and their applicability.GST – RCM – Check knowledge of reverse charge mechanism and its applicability.Excel Skills – Ability to use filters, sort data, create pivot tables, and apply basic formulas (VLOOKUP, SUM, etc.).Month-End Activities – Understanding of provisions, prepaid schedules, vendor advance ageing, and capitalisation processes.Ability to manage client escalations independently
