Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team at at Sunny Enterprise. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete books of accounts including sales, purchase, expenses, and bank transactions

• Handle billing, freight invoices, debit/credit notes, and customer reconciliation

• Manage vendor & transporter accounts, advances, and settlements

• Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and fund requirements

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets

• Handle GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and e-way bills

• Ensure TDS compliance and timely filing of returns

• Manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and banks

• Maintain truck-wise / trip-wise expense records

• Track fuel, toll, loading/unloading, driver advances, and settlements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

• Support management in financial planning and cost control

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience in logistics / transport accounting

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Excel

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Good analytical and reconciliation skills

• Ability to handle high-volume transactions

• Strong coordination and communication skills

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com

• CA-Inter / CA-Final (Preferred but not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
