About the Role

Sri Krishna Polymers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage inventory operations, reporting functions, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of stock management, reporting, and day-to-day accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management (Primary Responsibility)

• Maintain accurate inward and outward stock entries.

• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.

• Perform stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for inventory updates.

• Identify stock discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

2. Monthly Reporting (Primary Responsibility)

• Prepare Sales, Purchase, and Expense Reports.

• Generate Outstanding Payment Reports.

• Create Production, Dispatch, and Stock Summary Reports.

• Analyze inventory movement and prepare management reports.

• Maintain MIS reports for management review.

3. Accounting & Finance Support

• Handle GST-related entries and documentation.

• Record purchase and sales invoices.

• Maintain ledger accounts and accounting records.

• Perform bank reconciliation and payment tracking.

• Assist in routine accounting and compliance activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Experience in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Understanding of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting will be preferred.
