Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring records are accurate and taxes are paid properly and on time.
Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred.
Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as an accountant or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
