WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT

Company: Shiv Construction LLP
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shiv Construction LLP, a leading infrastructure and government construction company, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Accountant to join our finance team.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
Handle accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
Handle project-wise accounting and reconciliation.
Maintain billing records, subcontractor accounts, and work order accounting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax laws.

Eligibility

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant in a Government Construction Company.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and Labour Law compliances.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and analytical skills.

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
