Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Senior Accountant – Real Estate with strong expertise in loan handling, banking coordination, accounting systems, statutory compliance, legal documentation. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing end-to-end financial operations of real estate projects. Prior real estate experience will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

1. Handle complete accounting operations including vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and finalization of accounts.

2. Manage loan arrangements, loan processing, interest calculations, and loan closures.

3. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals, disbursements, and documentation.

4. Handle loan repayments, restructuring, and financial planning related to loans.

5. Maintain accurate invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.

6. Ensure proper recording of real estate transactions, client payments, vendor bills, and property-related expenses.

7. Manage GST, GFC, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance with timely filings.

8. Oversee financial documentation, legal documentation, and registration-related financial records.

9. Perform bank reconciliations, fund management, cash flow tracking, and budget monitoring.

10. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

11. Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and compliance.

12. Ensure proper accounting in Tally and ERP systems with real-time data accuracy.

13. Provide financial insights for project costing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

14. Maintain absolute confidentiality and financial discipline.
