About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be the backbone of our Accounts Department — managing full-cycle accounting, audits, payroll, compliance, MIS reporting, and financial analysis for our ongoing government & railway projects.

Key Responsibilities
▪️ Finalize accounts, manage ledgers, journals & reconciliations
▪️Prepare monthly/annual financial statements & MIS reports
▪️Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESI, challans & statutory compliance
▪️Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
▪️Process payroll & salary sheets
▪️Maintain invoice, voucher & financial documentation
▪️Coordinate with auditors
▪️Perform financial analysis & variance reporting
▪️Guide junior accounting team
▪️Use Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reports)

Skills You Must Have
▪️Tally, GST, TDS, Payroll & Compliance
▪️Advanced Excel (Formula mastery + analysis)
▪️Strong accuracy & eye for detail
▪️Good communication & reporting skills
▪️Ability to work independently

Qualification & Experience
▪️B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter
▪️4–5 years of experience

Salary Range
