Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions and records.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
Support management with financial reports and analysis.
