to handle all financial activities of our organization. You will take complete ownership of our financial records, manage end-to-end GST registration and return filings, and lead the company through internal and statutory audits.The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing finances independently and bringing structure to financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee all daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
GST Compliance: Handle the complete GST lifecycle, including new registrations, reconciling data, and filing monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately.
Audit Management: Independently manage and coordinate internal, external, and statutory financial audits. Prepare all necessary schedules, ledgers, and documentation for auditors.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and Cash Flow).
Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with corporate tax laws, TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, and timely returns filing.
Banking & Reconciliation: Manage cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and complex vendor/client ledger reconciliations.
