This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and implementing strategies to meet client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling client communications, managing accounts and transactions, preparing reports, and identifying growth opportunities. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Strong skills in client relationship management, account handling, and communication
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail
Proficiency in financial and administrative tasks, including preparing and maintaining reports
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required
Experience in facility management, customer service, or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi
