Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team with reporting and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense reports.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Ensure transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
