Job Description

1. Preparing TDS Computation Sheets as per Norms.

2. Maintaining Proper Accounts

3. Submitting the required details to CA for finalization of Balance Sheet and ITR

4. Compliance of all the necessary statutory laws related to finance.

5. Negotiation and Purchase of Major construction materials/equipment.

6. Compliance of PF and ESI documentation in consultation with the Consultant.

7. Preparing Salary Sheets and making payments.

8. Preparing MIS and keep it updated to keep the management informed of Proffit and Loss all the times.

9. Verifying all the site expanses.

10. Computation of GST as per Law and filing the Returns in time.

11. Bank reconciliation.

Required Skills and Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

2. Minium 8 Years of Experience.

3. Strong knowledge of Construction accounting and Laws.

4. Expert in Talley software.
