Senior Accountant

Job Description:

A reputed real estate construction company is looking for a Senior Accountant to handle complete accounting functions across two office locations. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, project-based accounting, and experience in the real estate sector. This role demands a proactive, trustworthy individual capable of managing financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial transactions

* Manage GST filings, TDS calculations, and returns

* Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, project-wise P\&L statements

* Coordinate with site teams, head office, and auditors

* Ensure statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate or construction industry

* Proficiency in Tally and Excel

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and real estate accounting

* Immediate joining preferred
