Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Prepare and review financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and other financial documents

Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff

Handle month-end and year-end closing activities

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Monitor and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns

Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure all audit requirements are met

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules

Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities as required
