Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in Accounting & Taxation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, along with overall accounting and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax laws.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.

Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.

Liaise with external consultants, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (CA Inter or M.Com preferred).

Proven work experience (3–5 years) as a Senior Accountant with a focus on taxation.

In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes).
