Senior Accountant

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable taxes.

• Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and variance reporting.

• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

• Implement and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures.

• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, journal entries, and trial balances.

• Mentor and supervise junior accountants or accounting assistants.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
