Job Description

We are hiring an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for a manufacturing business. The role includes handling all bookkeeping in Tally or similar software, recording sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries, maintaining proper documentation, preparing GST data (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B working) and coordinating with the CA for filing, performing bank reconciliations, tracking receivables and payables, managing basic inventory and stock entries, and generating monthly reports such as P&L and outstanding statements. The candidate should be a B.Com/M.Com graduate with 2–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of Tally, GST basics, and Excel, and must be able to understand and explain accounting entries logically rather than just doing data entry.
