Professional and Educational Skills Needed GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN TALLY, WORKED WITH CA, GST RETURN AND GST RETURN, BOOKS FINALIZATION

Day to Day Responsibilities Key Responsibilities (Primary Focus Areas)

• Accounting in Tally Prime:

Must have hands-on experience using Tally Prime for day-to-day accounting activities.

• E-Invoice Generation:

Create and manage sales E- invoices accurately in Tally Prime; ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

• Accounts Receivable & Payment Follow-ups:

Regularly follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls and emails; maintain updated receivables reports.

• Bank Reconciliation:

Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Tax Compliance (TDS & GST):

o Sound knowledge of TDS provisions.

o Prepare and file TDS returns within deadlines.

o Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure compliance with regulations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and statements as required.

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.

• Monitor expenses and ensure proper accounting entries.

• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Communication & Coordination

• Draft, write, and send professional emails to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, collections, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Practical knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to follow up assertively yet professionally with customers.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

English Speaking Needed on the scale of 10 (10 being the highest) 10
