We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Payroll Management, MIS preparation and Advanced Excel.
The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently manage payroll-related activities, maintain accurate employee records and prepare clear, well-structured MIS reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Handle the end-to-end monthly payroll process.
Process salaries accurately based on attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, deductions and other payroll components.
Maintain employee salary and payroll records.
Verify payroll data and identify discrepancies before salary processing.
Prepare monthly salary sheets, payroll summaries and related reports.
Coordinate with the HR/Operations team for attendance, leave and employee-related payroll inputs.
Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Consolidate large volumes of employee and payroll data into meaningful management reports.
Track payroll costs, attendance, overtime, deductions and other relevant data.
Ensure reports are accurate, updated and submitted within deadlines.
Advanced Excel The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Advanced Excel.
