1. Good knowledge of computer

2. Advance Microsoft Excel & Office

3. Tally Prime knowledge

4. Accounts entry (Purchase, Sales, Journal, BRS with internal ledgers to ensure accuracy & resolve discrepancies)

5. Making various reports time to time (Top customers, Top items, Top suppliers, etc as required by the company)

6. A good communication skill both in Hindi & English

7. Accounts Payable/Receivable (processing vendor payments, & follow up on overdue accounts)

8. Managing petty cash, filing documents & assisting payroll
