Job Description

We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at Lipvik Food Products Private Limited (The Crust) .The role involves managing the company's complete financial transactions and total turnover, leading a 5-member accounting team, and ensuring strict tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of 5 accounting professionals.
Turnover Management: Oversee the company's entire turnover, cash flow, and revenue operations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
Daily Operations: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely computations and filings for GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
Data Security: Securely manage and back up confidential financial data.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy and proven team-handling skills. Applicants must have a deep understanding of core accounting, GAAP principles, and proficiency in Tally or MS Excel.
