About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support decision-making with accurate financial data. The ideal candidate will be strong in accounting principles, analytical in approach, and efficient in handling day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, and reconciliations).

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Prepare GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws.

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense reports.

• Coordinate with clients and banks.

• Support management with financial planning, MIS reports, and variance analysis.

• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• Professional certifications (CA Dropout / CMA) preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably more than 5 year experience required.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy or ERP systems).

• Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance frameworks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
