Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
MIS preparation.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper cash flow management.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Ensure tax compliance, including GST, and corporate tax filings.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide business recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and lead accounting teams.
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
