Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Experience :- 4–6 years experience in accounts & finance

Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and preparation of Balance Sheet and financial statements. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, journal, cash, bank)

• Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and reconciliations

• Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax workings and returns

• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements

• Coordinate with auditors during audits and finalization

• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow

• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policy

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in Balance Sheet preparation & finalization

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / accounting software

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) preferred

• Minimum 4–6 years experience in accounts & finance

• Experience in construction/manufacturing industry is an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
