🔍 Position Overview

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including GST, TDS, financial reporting, vendor reconciliation, and audit compliance. You will work closely with the Finance Head and leadership to ensure sound financial practices in a project-driven environment.

Note: This is a Tally-based role. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP (mandatory)

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely compliance

• Handle vendor and client ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

• Assist in project cost accounting, budgeting, and MIS reporting

• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and compliance

• Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and internal financial controls

• Monitor cash flows, bank reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivable

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

✅ Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter preferred

• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years, up to 12 years in core accounting roles

• Mandatory: Strong, practical experience in Tally ERP

• Solid understanding of Indian Taxation (GST, TDS) and financial regulations

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot, vlookup) and reconciliation tools

• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing domains is a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
