Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai
Industry: FMCG Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling overall accounting activities in Tally

• Managing GST compliance – returns, reconciliations, and records

• TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing

• Passing purchase entries and maintaining vendor records

• Vendor coordination for bills, payments, and reconciliations

• Coordinating with Chartered Accountant (CA) for:

o Finalization of accounts

o Taxation and statutory compliance work

• Maintaining Cash Book and bank transactions

• Handling payments and receivables

• Ensuring timely accounting entries and accurate records

Key Skills Required:

• Any Graduate

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Good spoken and written English, good letter drafting skills. – Should be able to respond to mails, Should be able to coordinate with external parties.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & compliances.

• Hands-on experience with Tally

• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach

• Must be a team player and proactive.
