Job Description

we are looking for an Senior Accountant at Pioneer Pollution Control & Air Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Job Responsibility:

Handle complete accounting operations in TallyPrime independently.
Manage accounts of multiple firms/entities simultaneously.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff (3-4 juniors) in daily accounting activities.
Submit daily working report of each junior and self.
Maintain books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and voucher entries.
Salary Reimbursement on time for employees, handle Petty Cash and cashbook.
Preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation, and compliance of each firm on time.
Handling of TDS, TCS calculations, returns, challans, and statutory deductions every month.
Coordinate with Clients, Vendor for payment follow-Ups .
Preparation and management of E-Way Bills and related documentation.
Maintain purchase, sales, inventory, and expense accounting records, Maintain stock on tally for store and FMCG firm.
Bank related operations RTGS, NEFT, Bank Guarantee, Cash Deposit related work.
Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, and inventory management.
Handle vendor payments, receivables, and account reconciliation actively.
