Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping • Maintain day-to-day financial records • Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally • Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny 2. GST Compliance • Work on the GST Portal for: o GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) o GST registration and updates • Ensure timely compliance with GST laws 3. Invoicing & Documentation • Create and manage tax invoices • Generate delivery challans • Maintain proper documentation for audits 4. E-Way Bill Management • Generate and manage e-way bills through the GST system • Track shipment compliance requirements 5. Warehouse & Inventory Management • Operate warehouse management software • Track stock movement, inward/outward entries • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams 6. Financial Coordination • Assist in monthly closing and reporting • Coordinate with CA for audits and filings Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field • 1–3+ years of relevant experience • Strong working knowledge of: o Tally o GST Portal • Basic knowledge of MS Excel • Understanding of GST laws and compliance • Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills • Experience with warehouse/inventory software • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
