Senior Accountant

We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at Excellent Corporation. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹40000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Scope – Accounts, Audit & International Operations

1. Audit & Compliance Handling

Company Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit – full support with CA

Excellent Jewels & Excellent Corp. account file and stock adjustment

Maintain audit-ready documentation and reconciliation trails

ITR filing work for bill-based accounts (Bill walo na ITR fulfilled)

2. Export / Import & HK Operations

Export & Import documentation and compliance

HK Export / HK Local invoicing and file maintenance

HK Bank work – Payment tally, ledger matching

HK Exhibition refund documentation preparation

Stock transfer work from HK to other units

TSD Excel sheet ready and all files maintained

Vendor ledger and export data matching for audits

3. GST & Indian Compliance

GSTR-1 reconciliation with Tally

India GST Refund document preparation

Support in ROC, GST, TDS, PF-related coordination (with CA)

4. Billing & Planning Support

Planning of bills and stock accordingly (Bill lai ne stock plan)

Coordination with internal teams for payment and stock flow

⚙️ Tools Used: Tally, Excel, Shared Drives, Manual Files

🧠 Skillset Required: Accuracy, file management, basic tax understanding, export-import complianceJob Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
