Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Tally or other accounting software.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including preparation and filing of returns.
Manage banking operations, including payments, deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliation of bank statements.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports as required by management.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants during financial audits or compliance checks.
Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all cash transactions.
Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance procedures.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
