Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Verify and process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and payment vouchers.
Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
