Job Description

Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure statutory compliance.
Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Reconcile customer, vendor, and ledger balances.
Monitor expenses and ensure proper accounting documentation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
