Senior Accountant

VACANCY – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

A well-established Private Limited Company engaged in dealership/trading business requires an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounts Executive for its office at New Town, Kolkata.

Position: Senior Accountant / Accounts Executive

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending upon experience and capability

Benefits: PF & ESI as applicable

Experience: Preferably 5+ years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

Candidate should have good practical knowledge of:

• Tally Prime and day-to-day accounting

• GST – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation

• TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return-related work

• Debtors & creditors reconciliation and follow-up

• Bank reconciliation

• Purchase, sales and inventory accounting

• Payroll accounting and basic PF/ESI compliance

• Good working knowledge of Excel

• Preparation of accounts up to finalization

• Coordination with statutory/tax auditors and providing audit information

• Experience in a dealer, distributor or trading company will be preferred.

• The candidate should be capable of handling accounting work independently, maintaining proper records and meeting statutory compliance deadlines.

• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
