Senior Accountant

We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at at Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) activities.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.

  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.

  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including return filing and reconciliations.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and schedules for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CMA Inter preferred.

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, or similar.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
