Job Description

Requirements:-

Technical Skills: Tally Prime software, GST Filling (R1 & 3B), Preparation of GST Excel sheet, Use of GST Portal, Create E-way bill, Complete TDS Knowledge

B.Com/M.Com- Graduate with Course in Tally and GST.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and service transactions related to printer repairs and maintenance.

Handle GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filings, TDS deductions, and ensure adherence to taxation regulations.

Manage accounts to track payments, outstanding invoices, and vendor transactions.

Generate E-Way Bills, client invoices, and track service-related expenses.

Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and customers regarding financial matters.

Work with Tally Prime and Advance MS Office (Excel & Word) for bookkeeping, reporting, and financial documentation.
