Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 5–6+ years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and litigation matters. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, banking, and financial accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.

• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and related compliance.

• Handle GST notices, assessments, and GST-related cases, including drafting and submitting replies.

• Handle Income Tax notices, assessments, and litigation matters, including preparation and submission of replies.

• Coordinate and follow up on GST and Income Tax litigation/cases with consultants, CA, and legal professionals.

• Prepare and submit replies to bank queries/notices and coordinate with banks for documentation and compliance.

• Reconcile GST, TDS, bank, and ledger accounts.

• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with CA/CS, tax consultants, auditors, and other professionals whenever required.

• Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.

Required Skills

• 5–6+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.

• Strong knowledge of GST Filing & GST Compliance.

• Good knowledge of ITR Filing & Income Tax Compliance.

• Practical experience in GST and Income Tax case handling/litigation.

• Good knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel.

• Experience in handling bank replies and banking documentation.

• Strong communication, drafting, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to independently handle taxation and accounting matters.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
