We Are Looking For: Accounts & Office Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting
Do payment follow-up with parties
Prepare Quotations & Proforma Invoices (PI)
Manage other small office & coordination tasks
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge (Tally/Excel preferred)
Good communication & follow-up skills
Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business)
Responsible & multitasking attitude
