Senior Accountant

We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at at Career Experts. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹31000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, bank transactions, and reconciliations.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely recording.

• Maintain inventory, purchase, and sales records in coordination with the production and stores departments.

• Prepare and review cost sheets, production expense reports, and stock valuations.

• Handle monthly closing, including trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet preparation.

• Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Handle accounting of multiple warehouses/locations.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

• Support management with MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial summaries.

• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

• Assist in budgeting and cost control activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA /M.com Finance preferred.

• 5–8 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.

• Strong working knowledge of busy software.

• Good understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and production accounting.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
