Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Oversee and manage the complete accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
Develop and present periodic MIS reports
Monitor financial performance
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities for assessments, notices, and audits.
Treasury & Working Capital Management
Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of adequate funds for business operations.
Handle banking relationships, fund management, loan documentation, and financial negotiations.
Ensure effective utilization of financial resources and compliance with banking covenants.
