Financial Accounting & Reporting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow).
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Profit & Loss Management
Prepare and analyze branch-wise or project-wise Profit & Loss statements.
Review revenue and cost data to ensure profitability of each site or client.
Provide insights and recommendations for cost control and margin improvement.
Billing & Accounts Receivable
Oversee client billing process — ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms.
Coordinate with operations and client service teams for work order and invoice validation.
Track collections, manage outstanding receivables, and ensure timely follow-up.
Vendor & Accounts Payable Management
Manage vendor registration, invoice processing, and payment approvals.
Ensure timely payments while optimizing cash flow.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with procurement and operations teams.
Statutory Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory norms.
Prepare audit schedules and support internal/external audit requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and internal controls across accounting functions.
MIS & Management Reporting
Generate monthly MIS reports for management review.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide site-level and client-wise profitability reports.
Team Supervision & Process Improvement
Supervise and mentor junior accountants and billing staff.
Implement efficient accounting processes and cost-control mechanisms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, procurement) for smooth financial functioning.
Graduation in Commerce
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and facility management cost structures.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Sound understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
