Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience managing day-to-day financial operations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting audits and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations (GAAP/IFRS).

• Process payroll and maintain employee expense records (as applicable).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• CPA, CA, or CMA certification (preferred but not required).

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
