Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing process.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory and internal audits.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and file tax returns and regulatory reports as required.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Support process improvements and implementation of accounting systems or ERP enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Tally (as applicable).
Experience with statutory audits and tax compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
