Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and provide leadership and expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage accounting team, including junior accountants and accounting assistants

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management on financial performance and trends

- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

- Collaborate with internal teams, including management, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective financial planning

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred

- 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Leadership and management skills, with ability to lead and develop a team

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
