Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive with strong expertise in Taxation, GST, and TDS to handle our day-to-day accounting operations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities: data entry, quotation, PI, billing, invoicing, reconciliation

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns

• Handle tax audits, assessments, and compliance documentation

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records

• Assist in monthly and annual closings

• Prepare MIS & financial reports for management review

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, auditors, and tax authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

• Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP systems

• Strong knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS, and accounting standards

• Good communication and organizational skills

• MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-invoicing, PI, quotation, and reconciliation

• Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and tax planning

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or service industry
