Senior Accountant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements, and maintain accurate records using Busy Accounting Software. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, expenses, and general ledger).

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.

• Ensure timely filing of returns and submission of required financial reports.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and manage cash flow.

• Handle payroll accounting and employee reimbursement records.

• Use Busy Software for accounting and reporting.

• Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and auditing procedures.

• Proficiency in Busy Software, MS Excel, and Tally.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industry setup.

• M.Com or semi-qualified CA will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
