Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Accounts Manager

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities as required.
