Senior Accountant

Agarwal Nikhil & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing services in taxation, auditing, compliance, accounting, and financial advisory. We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team and support daily accounting operations, client assignments, and compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Journal, Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).

• Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with income tax filings.

• Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit work.

• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Coordinate with clients for collection of data, documents, and clarifications.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide support in ROC filings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in a CA office will be preferred. (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
