Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily accounting records using Tally Prime.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Ensure timely and accurate TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns).
Maintain proper records of stock/inventory in Tally and coordinate with the store team.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Generate financial reports and assist management in budgeting and forecasting.
