Position: Senior Accountant (Canada Team)
Location: Andheri MIDC, Mumbai (Work From Office - WFO)
Experience: 3 to 7 Years (CA Firm experience strongly preferred)
Salary: Up to INR 6.50 LPA (Commensurate with experience and interview performance)
Shift Timings: Day Shift / Rotational (9-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate (Target completion by November 15, 2026)
About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountants to join our growing Canada Team. This role demands strong, hands-on expertise in end-to-end Indian Accounts Finalisation, along with corporate and individual tax preparation. You will collaborate directly with international accounting firms to manage financial reporting and ensure strict compliance deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete end-to-end process for Indian Accounts Finalisation.
Prepare financial statements, Client MIS, and specialized financial reports from base records for diverse organizational structures.
Prepare and file complex Individual, Corporate, and Trust tax returns.
Calculate tax provisions and draft comprehensive tax schedules.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities for a portfolio of clients.
Maintain rigorous daily timesheets and update internal workflow systems.
Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, ACCA, CMA, CA Interns, CA Pursuing, or CA Dropouts.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of solid experience in core accounting. Candidates coming from CA firms or industries with a heavy focus on accounts finalization will be prioritized.
Technical Skills: Mandatory, proven expertise in full accounts finalization.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Flexibility: Must be comfortable working rotational day shifts (9-hour windows between 7 AM and 11 PM) and working fully from the Andheri MIDC office.
